This is a pretty good kit, i bought this for our Peugeot to reset the oil service due warning lights, i do all of my own servicing so this was another good addition to my tool kit. It does not just reset the oil service due warnings though, it will also read & clear fault codes and dash symbols in Peugeot & Citroen. So far i have checked the ABS system, the Engine system and the Airbag system, i am pleased to report that they are currently free from problems, and you know it just gives me confidence about the car i am driving and that my family is as safe as can be when in the car.

The dreaded airbag light is on in my Citroen C4, i have so far used the kit to diagnose the fault codes. I have had to buy a replacement squib under the passenger seat because somehow the current squib has become loose and mangled, but at least i now the exact source of the problem so i ll just fit it when it comes, and then turn off the airbag light. Delivery was very quick, i ordered at 10am, and the Royal Mail stamp said 12:18. I have so far had to replace an ABS sensor on our Peugeot 308, the CP II kit told me the sensor on the front left was faulty so i changed it out (not a difficult jb to do - but you will need a couple of tools) and then erased the warning lights & trouble codes. Nice kit, well built, easy to use and looks like it has quite a bit of coverage to diagnose the main systems & oil reset on Citroen & Peugeot, and engine faults for all other cars.

Not quite got the hang of the registration and update of the kit. I will leave that for another day, but i plugged the kit into the diagnostic port on my Peugeot 3008 straight from the box and it instantly told me that there was a faulty O2 sensor which i have just ordered. I guess this is why the check engine warning light was illuminated on my dashboard.

It actually took 4 days to arrive, ordered it on Friday, it came on the Tuesday. That said it does work like i needed it to. I wasnt sure it would and was worried i would have to take it to a garage so i took the chance, well it reset the airbag light in my Citroen C2 in a matter of minutes. This would have probably cost me £70 to £80 at my local garage, and probably £120 at the dealer - so im impressed.
