UK Pro Diagnostics is happy to offer all UK customers FREE DELIVERY. However there is a fixed rate delivery charge of £10 on all orders outside fo the UK but within Europe, and £13 for all orders outside of Europe . These prices were revised in May 2012 in line with the Royal Mail's decision to increase postage costs for international packages.
Once items are ordered they will be dispatched as soon as possible, normally within 48 hours - and if there's a delay we will let you know.

If you are returning an item for a refund you will be responsible for any costs associated.
If you buy the item in error, or change your mind, you will need to return the item and will incur a 10% restocking fee. For example, you buy an item for £50, your total refund would be £45) This is to cover our initial postage costs, reboxing & renewing parts and restocking the item.
For International returns (outside of the UK) the original shipping fee is non refundable.
We CANNOT refund or accept a return of a diagnostic tool that has been registered or updated online by the user. This is because the kit is now classed as used & second hand, and would not be returned in original condition.
