For my Mercedes i had the i980 iCarsoft kit and was very impressed with it. covered everything i needed it to + more. My sister in law has a Ford Focus so i bought this on her behalf as it was not running very well and the check engine light was on. Turned out to be an O2 lambda sensor which needed changing. So this tool (and the iCarsoft range) has a massive thumbs up from us.

i updated the tool before i even used it, and it didnt make a difference. They told me though that when i bought the kit it was brand new so no updated had even been released yet. Anyway it worked OK and found the fault in my ABS module - needed a new ABS sensor on the front left (Ford Mondeo) and then the tool cleared the fault. Since the kit aready works fine for me, im not sure what difference any future updates would do for me.

I Have a 2002 Ford Focus 2.0 Zetec. The airbag light was showing and needed a tool to reset it. The light only came on when i changed over the seats in the car, so knew there were no real problems. The kit arrived very soon after i ordered and the light was off within a few clicks. Very handy to have i think incase of other problems in future.

It's a quality tool and well made, very professional and does exactly what it says it will. i do not profess to know much about cars, but whatever my scan tool tells me (codes and description) i can easily ask on forums and the answer is generally with me in a day or so. Glad i bought it.
